Google Sandbox FAQ - Everything you need to know
What is the sandbox?
Basically its a time period that keywords that are competitive must wait in order to achieve results on Google.
Is it real?
Better believe it.
Does the sandbox effect my entire site?
No! It is keyword related only. Say you make a site for home loans. Everything about the site is home loan this and home loan that. But you name your site www. doodypants.com. Now you will rank well for the term “doody pants” because it is not competitive. But you will be in the sandbox for the keyword “home loans”.
What can I do to avoid the sandbox?
This is really not possible. I dont care what trick you have up your sleeve, you will not rank in the first few pages for “home loans” until you did your time with the other children in the sandbox. This just cant and wont happen until they remove it.
To avoid the sandbox though you can target non competitive keywords. By doing this you are able to jump up in the ranks very quickly but chances are those terms have a crappy search per day so it wont be bringing in much traffic.
What can I do while I am in the sandbox?
Just go on about your business. Create backlinks and work on your content.
How long will I be in the sandbox?
The general term that is thrown out there is 9 months. But this is dependant on how competitive your keyword is. The more competitive the longer you wait.
How can I tell if I am in the sandbox?
Doing a search for allinanchor:”keyword” is the best way to tell. My general rule is if you have go through and search page by page looking for your URL and find it then you are not in the sandbox. But if you get tired of looking and your fingers start to hurt and you quit before you find it then you are in the sandbox.
I heard if I build links slowly I wont go in the sandbox
We have all heard this and I dont know who started this whole theory but I personally dont believe in this. I think someone people just tried this out and they started ranking for the keyword they were targetting. What I bet is that keyword wasnt competitive anyways.
All of the answers are based on MY experiences. Everyone on the internet has had different experiences and has different opinions. If you disagree with anything here I would like to here why. (be detailed)
5 Ways To Improve Your Adsense Earnings
If webmasters want to monetize their websites, the great way to do it is through Adsense. There are lots of webmasters struggling hard to earn some good money a day through their sites. But then some of the “geniuses” of them are enjoying hundreds of dollars a day from Adsense ads on their websites. What makes these webmasters different from the other kind is that they are different and they think out of the box.
The ones who have been there and done it have quite some useful tips to help those who would want to venture into this field. Some of these tips have boosted quite a lot of earnings in the past and is continuously doing so.
Here are some 5 proven ways on how best to improve your Adsense earnings.
1. Concentrating on one format of Adsense ad. The one format that worked well for the majority is the Large Rectangle (336X280). This same format have the tendency to result in higher CTR, or the click-through rates. Why choose this format out of the many you can use? Basically because the ads will look like normal web links, and people, being used to clicking on them, click these types of links. They may or may not know they are clicking on your Adsense but as long as there are clicks, then it will all be for your advantage.
2. Create a custom palette for your ads. Choose a color that will go well with the background of your site. If your site has a white background, try to use white as the color of your ad border and background. The idea to patterning the colors is to make the Adsense look like it is part of the web pages. Again, This will result to more clicks from people visiting your site.
3. Remove the Adsense from the bottom pages of your site and put them at the top. Do not try to hide your Adsense. Put them in the place where people can see them quickly. You will be amazed how the difference between Adsense locations can make when you see your earnings.
4. Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think some sites are better off than the others, put your ads there and try to maintaining and managing them. If there is already lots of Adsense put into that certain site, put yours on top of all of them. That way visitor will see your ads first upon browsing into that site.
5. Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code into the webpages using SSI (or server side included). Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code in a text file, save it as “adsense text”, and upload it to the root directory of the web server. Then using SSI, call the code on other pages. This tip is a time saver especially for those who are using automatic page generators to generate pages on their website.
These are some of the tips that have worked well for some who want to generate hundreds and even thousands on their websites. It is important to know though that ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be your primary purpose because the displays will be especially targeted on a topic that persons will be viewing already.
Note also that there are many other Adsense sharing the same topic as you. It is best to think of making a good ad that will be somewhat different and unique than the ones already done. Every clickthrough that visitors make is a point for you so make every click count by making your Adsense something that people will definitely click on.
Tips given by those who have boosted their earnings are just guidelines they want to share with others. If they have somehow worked wonders to some, maybe it can work wonders for you too. Try them out into your ads and see what result it will bring.
If others have done it, there is nothing wrong trying it out for yourself.

Do you make good money with BlackLabelAds?
It seems like many people struggle to find a company that pay good money for adult traffic. In my experience, BlackLabelAds, a siter company from Adbrite, do pay pretty well but still a little less than Adult Adworld though.
While AdultAdworld seems to pay for all traffic ( with lower rate), even with Asian or non-English speaking traffic, BlackLabelAds only pays mostly for english speaking traffic, but the rate is better.
So overall, in my case, i have couple adult sites, not big, but not small. I combines both this company and this make me good money every months :d
So how much do you make with BlackLabelAds?

If you’re NOT going to take part in the forums with good, thoughtful posts, DO NOT take part in them. Some sites are now going nofollow because of spamming.

AdultAdworld: A Successful story with Adult Advertise 10,000
After a long time struggling to find the best adult advertise company that pay good to All Traffic. I found AdultAdworld.Com a relatively new site but growing fast. Compare to many other sites such as Adengage, Blacklabelads, Exoclicks…. This company pay the most for all traffic. The fact is many of my visitors come from non-english speaking country. But I am still able to make no less than 50$ per day with Adult Adworld.
Although the control panel does not have the option to view number of clicks, pageviews, impressions and eCPM but it does bring me good amount of money every month. While it does not show me the impression or pageviews, but using google analytics i can see that this site has about 10,000 unique per visitors everyday with about 70,000 pageviews and only 40% from english speaking contries. The rest is from Asia, Africa.
In the last 5 months, I have well made over 10,000 with Adult Adworld with very little works. As you know, this kind of sites get traffic very easily. So if you are looking for a good company to handle your adult traffic, you should give them a try.

Enjoy Using Directory List. Directory Submission is always slow and continuous process of good link building.
Free .edu and .gov backlinks
This is the a post in The Link Building series, showing you how and where to find the best places to add links to your websites to increase website traffic.
In every webmaster forum and blog out there, the community always goes nuts over finding ways to get universities and government sites to link to you. This post is dedicated to helping those people save their money and allow them to get an unlimited amount of .edu and .gov links for free, all through the power of google!
The ’site:’ feature in Google allows only results with that domain name or domain extension to show up. You can “hack” this feature to allow Google to find the most relevant university and government websites related to your sites.
Examples:
Google query: site:.gov blog [or site:.edu blog]
Results in: Google finds any .gov website that is running a blog or has a /blog/ directory. You can then visit these blogs and post comments (if you can find wordpress blogs like this one), and get hundreds of free .gov backlinks.
[Alternative queries: ‘blog’ ‘blogs’ ‘wordpress’ ‘comment’ ‘guestbook’ ‘2007′ ‘2006′]
Google query: site:.edu *your niche* + blog
For example: site:.edu internet marketing blog
The top result is a .edu blog that links to a non edu blog, but that blog is related and is PR3 and has edu backlinks. That is also a great relevant place to comment, even if it is not directly a .edu. On the other hand, the third result was a PR3 highly related .edu internet marketing blog with zero comments. That is easy .edu backlinks!
You can easily replicate these queries to fit your needs, and it is highly scalable. You can find .edu, .gov, and if you are lucky, .mil blogs. If you are not as picky, you can just search specifically for the blogs without the .edu or .gov extension, and you can find some high pageranked blogs on the first pages of results. Play around with it, enjoy it, it’s free!
Biggest adsense check i’ve ever seen: 1,631,935.36
Yes, you see it right. It is a real check and i bet it is the biggest adsense check. It belongs to jimKarter.
After some research, I’ve found that most of his earning are from Made-for-Adsense(MFA) sites. The domains are very generic and nothing special. The important part is SEO to get traffic.
very impress.
What do you think?
One of the biggest Adsense check $132,994.97
I always inspired by this photo of the $132,994.97 check which Shoemoney made. This gives me energy to try harder in order to archive a portion of it.

And some of the most FAQ answered:
- 1) How much of the check was profit? At the time my expenses were 1 server @ 299$ per month for hosting. I would say atleast 130k was profit.
- 2) How much of the traffic was pay per click?None of it was pay per click. Back then I did not know anything at all about pay per click.
- 3) Where did all your traffic come from?About 70% of the traffic was direct 15% from search engines and 15% from referrals.
- 4) How much traffic did the site get to get that much money?About 75k uniq per day.
- 5) Why did you get a paper check and not wire?Back then Google did not do wire transfers for amounts of $10,000.00
- 6) Do you think its possible to still earn that kind of revenue? (most often asked question)Yes.
- 7) How long did it take to make revenue?I never tried to make any money the first 1.5 years it was running. I just concentrated on providing a good service. About 2 years after I started the site It started to do good revenue from AdSense.
- 8) Can you show the full month report from AdSense for that month?
Sure.

and here is the full month report: (He has permission from Google to display this in his blog and in his presentations. Please check with Google before you disclose any of your reporting)
